CHALLENGE:
Create excitement for non-English language content amongst 18-34 year old entertainment lovers based all around the UK, and leverage this as a conversation driver among fans of entertainment.
Develop a campaign that gets more UK audiences to consider, explore, try watching and talk about non-English language films and series on Netflix.

SOLUTION:
Plot Twist is a campaign aim to
promote people from the UK to indulge
in non-English content by pairing countries together and share their
top recommendations from the
partnered country.
As viewer becoming increasingly reliant on Netflix’s algorithm, their recommendations are consist of the same narrative therefore foreign entertainment could not penetrated to their feed. The campaign pushes for an exchange of entertainment and build a sense of community.
